Secan 3.0. Endlessly versatile; Gravel, tarmac, everywhere….. Its design revolves around the simple idea that you can transition between road and off-road and still ride fast.
Real-world riding drives the design of this bike. A performance tube set that feels lively and eager, not over-built. A custom-formed and shaped rear triangle for maximum comfort. A light-weight and confidence-inspiring carbon fork with cage mounts, rando rack compatibility and internally sleeved dynamo routing.
A geometry and ride position that feels familiar and efficient on the road but stable and predictable off-road. A more sloping top tube to aid maneuverability and increase comfort when things get rough.
Huge tyre clearance. The frame features ports for dynamo rear lighting, with clever solutions for every type of configuration; representing a level of care and detailing that you would normally only see in the custom world.

Minimum compromise geometry. Responsive enough for road use, but with big clearances for off-road adventures.
SRAM Transmission Compatible
Our modular drop-out ensures full compatibility with SRAM’s new T-Type rear mech systems.
Big Tyre Clearance by Design
Extensively shaped tubing allows for a big choice of tyre widths.
Run up to 700 x 53mm or 650 x 62mm. Tackle even the trickiest terrain.
Custom Reynolds 853 Tubing – Made for Fairlight
Reynolds have been our valued partner since we started in 2016. Their reputation for quality and integrity is legendary. We work hand in glove with them, allowing us to design comfort, stiffness, and longevity into our bikes.
Modular design solutions – Future-proofing your investment
All of the parts fitted to your frameset are modular.
The benefit of a modular design solution is that we do not have to align ourselves to any particular brand or standard. As new standards are developed in the future, we can produce parts that meet those new designs. We aim to future-proof your investment.
Go Everywhere – Carry Everything!
The frame has three sets of bottle mounts. The mounts on the underside of the down tube are triple cage mounts, for use with cargo cages. The frame is rear rack compatible.

We’ve carefully designed internal routing for full dynamo compatibility.

Craftsmanship Inside and Out
High quality welds and brazing throughout.
The fillet brazed dropouts are hand filed to give a seamless transition between the tubing and dropout plate. Techniques reserved for the custom world.
We partner with the highest-quality frame builders in Taiwan. Masters of their trade.
Dropout inserts and hose clips are CNC machined.
Hand-painted. Data engineered graphics.
The frames are phosphate-dipped and ED-coated for corrosion protection. Individually hand-painted. Multiple layers of high-quality wet paint. New data-engineered top tube pattern. Inspired by mid-century poster art; contemporary and graphical. Seamlessly designed to look different from every viewing angle.
External cable routing solutions
Proudly keeping cables and hoses on the outside.
3D-printed bottom bracket cable guide – one part does several jobs; guide for the front and rear derailleur cables. Guide for the brake hose, dropper post hose and the dynamo rear light wire. Ultra utility – everything in its place.
CNC-machined brake hose and dropper clips; Designed in-house; as elegant and light as we could make them.
Flat ovalised rear triangle
Using technology first introduced on the Strael 3.0, we have heavily curved and flattened the stays to maximize compliance. Unique to Fairlight. Post-forming heat treatment adds strength.
Fairlight x Bentley Mk III Dropouts.
For the Mk III version, we have introduced a CNC’d removable cable stop. This makes each build type specific. Whether, running mechanical, Di2 or AXS gearing, the frame looks designed specifically for it. Direct mount, standard hanger and T-Type inserts available.
Flat mount 160mm rotor native
The Secan 3.0 is designed to use 160mm rotors on both the frame and fork. On the rear of the frame you can now run a 160mm rotor without needing an adaptor. Compatible with maximum 180mm rotors front and rear.

Base build options
A summary of our base spec build options and pricing. All bikes are fully configurable. Upgrades include Hope or Chris King headsets, SON dynamo installations, alternative wheels (Hunt, Hope & DT Swiss), alternative tyre options and even King Cage bottle cages. Every bike is assembled from start to finish by a single mechanic and built just for you.

Proportional Geometry
Better fitting bikes
All Fairlight bikes have been thoughtfully conceived with the rider in mind. Everybody is different; our bikes are designed to account for differences in body proportions, not just overall height. We call this ‘proportional geometry’. We offer all of our frame sizes in (R)egular and (T)all versions so that you can achieve your perfect fit.
R – Regular
Lower at the front and longer in reach. Designed for people with shorter legs and a longer back but just as suitable for riders wanting a lower and racier riding position.
T – Tall
Higher at the front and shorter in reach. Designed for people with longer legs and a shorter back but also appropriate for riders who want a more upright riding position.
