Delivery Times

  • Fairlight has experienced huge demand for our bikes, and we work with very small manufacturing partners and brands. As a result, the frameset you want may be out of stock. Refer to the availability table provided with each bike for delivery time frames.
  • UK deliveries are shipped with FedEx on a signed, delivery service. You will receive a tracking email when the package is scanned into the FedEx delivery system. Next day delivery for most of the UK. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands typically carry a 1 – 3 business day delivery time.
  • Overseas deliveries are shipped with DHL on a signed service. Delivery timescales vary by country. You will receive a tracking email when the package is scanned into the DHL delivery system.
  • Due to customs regulation changes, we can only ship to residential addresses in the USA.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

  • Our UK shipments go via FedEx Priority (Tue – Fri delivery).
  • Next working day for most of UK. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands – between 1 – 3 business days.
  • The service allows for a degree of delivery ‘self-management’ including delivery date change and driver instructions.
  • UK Mainland: Bikes £45, Frames £30 (inc. VAT)
  • Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands: Bike £120, Frameset £60 (inc. VAT)
  • Clothing and small accessories will be sent by Royal Mail recorded post and charged at £5.

International

  • Our shipping partner for all international shipments (including the EU) is DHL.
  • All of the costs are exclusive of VAT for EU and all other countries.
  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated in the checkout.
  • Western Europe – Bike £115, Frame £50 (ex VAT)
  • Central / Eastern / Southern Europe (excluding Serbia) – Bike £135, Frame £60 (ex VAT)
  • Serbia – Bike £285, Frame £135 (ex VAT)
  • Nordic Region (excluding Iceland) – Bike £135, Frame £60 (ex VAT)
  • Iceland – Bike £325, Frame £135 (ex VAT)
  • Malta – Bike £325, Frame £135 (ex VAT)
  • USA – Bike £300, Frame £115 (ex VAT)
  • Canada / Mexico – Bike £315, Frame £135 (ex VAT)
  • Australia / New Zealand – Bike £600, Frame £200 (ex VAT)
  • South East Asia – Bike £570, Frame £165 (ex VAT)
  • Middle East – Bike £570, Frame £165 (ex VAT)
